In JavaScript modules, it was already possible to use the following syntax:

import * as utils from './utils.mjs'

However, no symmetric export syntax existed, until now:

export * as utils from './utils.mjs'

This is equivalent to the following:

import * as utils from './utils.mjs'
export { utils }
